Black Truffle Dishes

Black truffle is one of the most prized seasonal foods on any culinary calendar. During October and November at Theo Mio, imported black truffles enhance dishes with the produce’s distinctive flavour and aroma. Choices include:

• Truffle steak tartare with braised artichoke, parmesan and black truffle
• Barramundi baked with vermouth and black truffle, served with roasted carrots, celeriac and spinach
• Chicken roasted with truffle butter, served with potato gnocchi in cream
• Tortellini in broth with shaved black truffle
