Fireplace Grill and Bar invites you to celebrate the holidays with a festive set menu that captures the warmth of the season and the joy of exceptional dining.

Inviting, cosy and just right for those special moments that bring you closer together, the restaurant marks the season with a set menu of refined festive flavours. The experience begins with King Crab Winter Garden and Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté with Black Truffle, followed by a choice of Roasted Turkey Ballotine or Grilled Blackmore Wagyu Striploin. It concludes with Ruby Midnight, a decadent dark chocolate creation accompanied by roselle–longan confit, smoked black tea and Champagne parfait.
