For a limited time only, Espresso adds an Aussie twist to its Premium Seafood Dinner Buffet with prime Australian beef, available only from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. This is your chance to savour the perfect marriage of land and sea. Our grill station will introduce a rotation of MBS 8-9 wagyu topside beef from Margaret River and the famed Sir Harry Citrus fed MBS 6-7 rump cut. While the carvery will feature a rotation of the 200 day dry aged MBS 4-5 Ebony Prime Grain Fed Ribeye and Tomakawk steaks. Topped off with tender braises of Australian brisket, goulash and Irish stews. A seasonal treat for true lovers of Waygu and fresh seafood.
