BBQ additions celebrate Independence Day Weekend buffet at Espresso

It is a tough task to enhance the already spectacular weekly Premium Seafood Dinner Buffet at Espresso but the restaurant’s talented chefs have pulled out all the stops to add special US-themed culinary options in celebration of this year’s Independence Day weekend.
Over 4 and 5 July, Espresso’s dinner buffet service, which is famous for showcasing an unmatched variety of seafood on ice such as Irish and Fine De Claire oysters, Alaskan crab, Avruga caviar, Canadian lobster and New Zealand green-lip mussels, will also see the addition of Grill and Carvery Stations serving juicy prime US steaks, glazed BBQ pork ribs, classic cheeseburgers, banging hot dogs with all the trimmings, and sides of creamy coleslaw and corn-on-the-cob. A traditional Berry Trifle completes a sweet Independence Day experience.
It’s the perfect occasion for family and friends to salute the flag and chow down in style!
