The sumptuous experience will begin with an amuse bouche of Gillardeau Oyster and a choice of Hamachi or Grilled Alaska King Crab. Roasted Boston Lobster, Coffee Marinated Australian Lamb and Dover Sole with Smoked Chipotle will delight as mains of the meal.
Dessert is the tantalising Whisper of Chocolate and Cherry, a dark chocolate sphere with cherry ganache, pistachio crust and Amaretto cherry compote.
