Considered a delicacy in China and sometimes referred to as ‘white gold’, edible bird’s nest is loaded with essential nutrients and said to boost the immune system and offer anti-ageing benefits. The talented chefs at Summer Palace, known for bringing the authentic flavours of Hong Kong to the heart of Bangkok, present a special bird’s nest menu that includes signature dishes such as steamed bird’s nest xiao long bao, braised bird’s nest with king crab meat and white mushroom, sweet bird’s nest with taro and coconut milk, and steamed egg white and bird’s nest with milk.
