Cantonese set menu classics welcome Chinese New Year at Summer Palace

To celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Horse, Michelin-lauded Executive Chef Shui Wing Yau and his team at Summer Palace introduce two special set menus featuring Cantonese classics done the right way. The Emperor Set Menu (for 4–6 guests) showcases superb dishes such as duck ‘Lo Hei’ salad, wok-fried sweet and sour prawns, and steamed bamboo fish in aromatic soy sauce. Meanwhile, the Fortune Family Set Menu (for 10–12 guests) includes standout offerings such as wok-fried lobster with e-fu noodles, steamed whole grouper, and braised six-head abalone with Japanese shiitake mushrooms.
