Treasured in Chinese gastronomy for the sweetness of its meat as well as a creamy golden roe, Summer Palace is presenting the rare hairy crab in a range of dishes. 

For just over a month, enjoy steamed whole hairy crab, crispy prawns with hairy crab roe sauce, or braised supreme bird’s nest soup with hairy crab roe, all in the luxurious setting of Summer Palace.
