Inviting guests to make the holiday their own, SoCal is featuring an assortment of recommended festive dishes from celebrated Chef Dominic Hong. Each meal can be paired with festive mocktails and cocktails.
The Festive à la carte menu is an array of flavours conceptualised by SoCal’s pioneering head chef, combining the spirit of the season and a distinct West Coast style.
Each choice of the selection brims with the bold spirit of SoCal as well as uniquely enchanting flavours. Creations include Roasted Hokkaido Scallops with Cannellini Bean and Chorizo, Cabernet Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with Truffle Potato Puree, and the California Citrus Sparkle Tart, a dessert of Meyer Citrus Curd and Champagne Jelly.
