Renowned for winning the World’s Best Chocolate Showpiece title at the 2015 World Pastry Cup, Chef Lawrence brings his expertise to our talented pastry team, ensuring a truly elevated dessert experience.
Guests can savour a luxurious chocolate praline-callebaut selection, featuring exquisite flavours such as Vietnamese coffee, caramel Hennessy, and ruby yuzu strawberry bars. For those who appreciate classic yet refined treats, the collection also includes a delectable array of pound cakes, ranging from the grand classic and chocolate cheesecake to the ruby travel cake and Chef Lawrence’s innovative take on the beloved Black Forest gâteau.
