This summer, Butter’s patrons can indulge in an extraordinary Chocolate Dessert Collection, curated by award-winning visiting Malaysian maestro of confectionery, Chef Lawrence Bobo. Renowned for winning the World’s Best Chocolate Showpiece title at the 2015 World Pastry Cup, Chef Lawrence brings his expertise to our talented pastry team, ensuring a truly elevated dessert experience.

Guests can savour a luxurious chocolate praline-callebaut selection, featuring exquisite flavours such as Vietnamese coffee, caramel Hennessy, and ruby yuzu strawberry bars. For those who appreciate classic yet refined treats, the collection also includes a delectable array of pound cakes, ranging from the grand classic and chocolate cheesecake to the ruby travel cake and Chef Lawrence’s innovative take on the beloved Black Forest gâteau.
