Back by popular demand, the much-loved Chocolate Afternoon Tea returns to Balcony Lounge, offering guests a renewed invitation to indulge in a decadent world of cocoa artistry.
The experience begins with a selection of refined savoury bites, including devilled quail egg with Sturia caviar on smoked paprika melba toast, Parma ham with brie, grilled chicken with avocado and cream cheese, a tomato–zucchini–goat cheese tart, and a spicy chorizo, onion and cottage cheese quiche.
A thoughtfully curated dessert selection transforms the afternoon into a true sensory celebration. Featured creations include the Chocolate Framboise Tart, Hazelnut Royale, Ruby Champagne Delight, and Blackberry Tea Cake. Elegant bon bons—such as Salted Caramel au Lait and Earl Grey Coconut—offer rich, layered flavours in refined, bite-sized form.
Freshly baked scones served with homemade strawberry and orange preserves and clotted cream complete the experience, honouring the timeless tradition of afternoon tea with contemporary finesse.
