Summer Palace brings together family and friends for celebrations over time-honoured Cantonese favourites and seasonal creations in a special Festive A La Carte Menu.

Guests can gather around the table to enjoy signature favourites including Peking Duck and Suckling Pig, plus festive creations such as Smoked Black Grouper with Osmanthus Flower Sauce and Braised Bird’s Nest with Scallop and Hairy Crab Roe. The festive Dim Sum selection adds a refined touch, featuring creations such as Steamed King Crab Dumplings with Salmon Roe and Steamed Siu Mai with Morel Mushrooms.
