Intimate and indulgent, our legendary European grill presents an exclusive four-course set menu specially for Father’s Day celebrations.
Follow an opening of Hokkaido scallops crudo featuring green apple, orange and yuzu kosho gel with rich double beef consommé and bone marrow royale. Dine on with homemade langoustine ravioli served in shellfish bisque, before a choice between two exceptional main courses: Txogitxu Rubia Gallega Spanish beef tenderloin with a dark chocolate port wine jus, or Patagonian toothfish accompanied by potato fondant and Champagne beurre blanc.
For the finale, enjoy our signature dessert of smoked vanilla Ember, featuring smoked vanilla mousse, burnt honey crémeux and roasted pear.
