Three flavourful sets are being presented for the spirited occasion, each blending familiar Iftar favourites with new sensations in true SoCal style.
The first two combos begin with an assorted Lebanese Mezze Platter featuring creamy hummus, Fattoush salad, meat sambousek and more. The party can then choose between features such as a Chicken Taouk Platter with garlic sauce and French fries or the Kofta Khashkhash, beef kofta in tomato sauce with yellow rice.
A vegetarian set has also been prepared and impresses with Lebanese Mezza Platter of Muhammara, Warak Enab grape leaves and more, as well as Vegetable Salona, Arabic vegetable stew with steamed white rice.
