An affair to remember, the afternoon tea will feature sandwiches, such as Citrus Tuna Mayonnaise and Cucumber, and an enchanting collection of pastries made especially for the occasion. The treats include the Petals of Sweet Devotion, combining Raspberry Mousse, Pistachio Sponge and Lychee Compote, and the Champagne Rose Affair, made with a Strawberry Champagne Mousse.
Beyond the set, Balcony Lounge is capturing the timeless wonder of love with drinks such as the Honey Martini cocktail and Teenage in Love mocktail.

Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is available from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025 from 14.30 to 17.30 hours while the Valentine’s Special Drinks are available from 7 February 2025 to 16 February 2025 from 08.00 to 24.00 hours at Balcony Lounge.
