Special Mother’s Day confections designed to honour deserving mums are available at Butter throughout August 2026 and feature sweet delights such as a coconut sponge with white tea-jasmine cream and young coconut compote; and a Hojicha mango coconut almond sponge with Hojicha cream, mango compote and coconut cream.
The same refreshing flavour combinations are also available as delicious 1lb or 2lb Pound cakes for mother to enjoy at home. It’s a memorably sweet way to honour meretricious mums this Mother’s Day!
