This November and December 2025, the award-winning Fireplace Grill and Bar presents succulent cuts of chocolate-fed wagyu beef from South Australia’s renowned Mayura Station cattle farm. The specially curated menu highlights premium selections such as Mayura wagyu short-loin (marbling 8–9) and wagyu oyster blade (marbling 9+), cooked to your preference and paired with an array of sides and sauces—from classic Béarnaise, chimichurri, and smoky BBQ sauce to refined red wine jus, indulgent Café de Paris butter, and the vibrant Thai touch of nam jim jaew.

Available at Fireplace Grill and Bar from 1 November to 31 December 2025, from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and 18.00 to 23.00 hours.
