Seasonal black truffles are back on the menu at Fireplace Grill and Bar with a selection of premium dishes starring this dark and delicious delicacy.
Highlights include an appetiser of seared Hokkaido scallops with melted leeks and black truffle dressing, and a hearty main course of grilled Stockyard beef tenderloin with shitake mushroom jam and black truffle. For dessert the spectacular Cacao Truffle should not be missed. This crowning glory of confection combines chocolate coffee truffle and truffle chocolate cream, black cookie crumble, caramelised hazelnut crunch, and whipped coffee Chantilly to transport dessert lovers to a sweet paradise.
