Traditional Zongzi dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival

Zongzi sticky rice dumplings are being served during the Dragon Boat Festival, a Chinese tradition that dates back well over 2,000 years.

Our Summer Palace chefs are preparing them to an ancient Monk Jumps Over the Wall recipe.  The glutinous rice is stuffed with Australian abalone, dried scallop, Hong Kong dried shrimp, fish maw, salted egg yolk, pork belly, and shiitake and wild morel mushrooms. The delicious mix is wrapped in lotus leaf, boiled, and served hot to your table.

Traditional Zongzi dumplings are available in a gift box at Butter, for THB 1,200 net per box. Pre-orders are required 24 hours in advance from 20 May 2024. Pick up from 3 June 2024 to 16 June 2024, from 08.00 to 19.00 hours.
