Smooth white asparagus and crunchy earthy green asparagus are both at the height of their season. Fireplace Grill and Bar introduces special a la carte menu and a four-course set menu celebrating both varieties.
White asparagus takes center stage in a gazpacho paired with poached Ostra Regal oysters, followed by a main course of seared Hokkaido scallops with Parmesan cheese. The earthy flavour of green asparagus beautifully complements a grilled Stockyard beef tenderloin. And for dessert, indulge in white asparagus paired with rich dark chocolate!
