This winter, step into the warmth of a White Christmas at Balcony Lounge, where a Swiss-inspired Afternoon Tea brings the magic of the towering Alps to Bangkok. Cosy, indulgent and beautifully festive, the experience celebrates Switzerland’s love of exquisite chocolate, patisserie and comforting winter flavours.
At the heart of the experience is the signature Swiss Mocha Snow Globe - an enchanting white chocolate sphere inspired by a snow-covered alpine landscape. Crack through its delicate shell to discover layers of silky alpine honey cream, rich coffee caramel and cocoa-hazelnut crunch, before warm, aromatic spiced mocha is poured over the sphere, creating a wonderfully comforting moment of chocolate indulgence. It is a little taste of a Swiss winter, made to melt away the cold.
The sweet collection continues with exquisite festive creations, including Ruby Ice Lake, combining white chocolate, pomegranate caviar, lychee confit and rose crémeux in a jewel-like celebration of winter elegance. Together, these delicate confections bring a touch of alpine magic to every afternoon.
To complement the sweets, a selection of savouries adds a deliciously festive balance. Enjoy a lobster roll with green apple and lemon jelly, roast beef with onion jam, and Christmas chicken with chestnut and apple stuffing, alongside caramelized leek and pancetta quiche and a mushroom and Swiss cheese tart.
