Cantonese cuisine is known for the many ways abalone transforms traditional dishes into something extraordinary. Summer Palace now features the shellfish in selections such as Superior bird’s nest, Braised abalone with black peppercorns and Alaskan King crab Singapore sauce, and Baked rice truffle oil with assorted mushrooms and abalone sauce.
